Lucky for you they have one already!Made a new shift knob from a real 8 ball drilled it tapped it and put an aluminum spacer under it. May have to make a little piece to top off the boot space![]()

Appreciate it! Got it off Amazon. When I originally looked at it, I thought it was leather. Unfortunately I was mistaken. I do wish it was though. Even with these quick 80° days, that aluminum gets pretty toasty. That's sweet thanx and that's a cool shit knob
I hope a good filter from Advanced Auto gets your millage back up.I changed the air filter in my truck about 2 months ago and ever since my gas has taken a dive ,? Wtf I was getting about 24-27 on the highway now it's lucky to hit 18-20 if that ?
Yeah unfortunately for my truck I’m not that type of guy! While it’s awful, I wasn’t hurt and that’s more important. Took me so many years to understand that cars are replaceable. I cried over cars in the past, now it’s just money lost. That is not good. Sorry to hear that.
If it helps, I have known people with similar damage that just replaced the glass and ran with the hail damage. It may no longer look as nice as it once did, but it probably has a lot of miles left if you can get past all of the ripple dents.
I feel for you and wish you the best possible outcome for this painful event.
I hear you, I do not think I could do it either. When I was younger I almost bought a brand new truck that was hail damaged at the dealership. It was a great deal but I just could not bring myself to do it.Yeah unfortunately for my truck I’m not that type of guy! While it’s awful, I wasn’t hurt and that’s more important. Took me so many years to understand that cars are replaceable. I cried over cars in the past, now it’s just money lost.
Worst part is I put BRAND NEW Bosch Icon wipers on it the day before, preparing for a trip to Texas. Now I’m out $70![]()
