What have you done to, or with, your Tacoma today?

Huracan Fabrication - list the Tacoma tailgate storage $595.00 + shipping.
It is a nice thing to have! Lots of cutting. Some modifications.
I want one? Just need $590.00 + shipping ….I have $5.00 now. Lol

Yeah, about that cutting... @Romp-A-Taco, how solid does the new panel feel? Any issues with standing on the lowered tailgate? I notice with my HDPE panel that the real support comes from the steel ribs underneath, which have to be cut out for the storage, right? The new panel looks like a beefcake, though.

It's a very convenient place for storage. I'm tempted by it even though I'll put in bed drawers eventually.

Had a good day wheelin with my Jeep buddies.

It feels pretty sturdy. You can stand on it for sure.

Well, the Old Man Emu system is starting to crap out after 50k mileage. Coils are sagging and the Dalar pack is frowning. Decided it was time even tho I hate spending big in these times. Got this cow a fresh set of Fox 2.5 Performance Elite front and rear. Just waiting on the UCA now. Still pacing back and forth on getting the Deaver stage 3s or adding the extra leaf for the Dakar pack.

Really nice. Just ordered Stage 1 today. AccuTune mentioned an ETA of July 8 for a shipment of stock from Deaver. They also mentioned that 50% of their ordered inventory was already spoken for so if you're thinking about it, this might be good timing.

Picked up a set of some TRD Pro halogen headlight for free from a local guy. Totally clean and all tabs intact. Another project for the list.

Tried to mount some maxtrax to the RCI roof rack but the spacing was all wonky. Not a fan of their mounting plates for that purpose. Ordered some Prinsu ones since they look much easier to deal with. Will use the RCI plates for something else up there.

Lastly loaded the Blackhawk tune from yotawerx. Didn’t get a chance to drive it though. That will change shortly.

I was going to try and install the 9100 but I got to sweaty and exhausted. Damn it

Nice price on the lights.

Created my own mounting brackets for my axe and shovel. Designed to work around the softopper. Theoretically I could still collapse the topper with the mounts and tools still there. Though my spare prevents me from collapsing it all the way. Can definitely still take it off if I wanted to though.

I need to do this. Last time we went wheelin, mine were rolling around in my bed. I'd be interested to know what those ran you to fabricate.

Super cheap honestly. 3feet of 1/8” steel flat bar. Cut it down, smoothed the corners and edges and drilled some holes. The axe mounts I had to heat and bent a bit. Then just some t slot nuts and quick fist grips. Quick and dirty but they’re not moving and they’re secured now

Despite the busy schedule was able to squeeze in some time and I love this product, i was impressed the TSS garnish plate was already installed very nice.. It was a simple install, also purchased the raptor lights also easy install, with some zip ties makes a clean wire tuck.. Also love the choice of TOYOTA letter coloring to match your tacoma.. I will purchase more tacoma products from High country offroad

Installed 37x13.5R17 Mud Grapplers this morning.

No these are not the future of this truck, just temporary so I can actually deep clean and rash repair my Summit Off-road Wheels and 35’s.

I am very impressed with how the truck handles the 37s, it’s not near as miserable as everyone makes it out to be.

Yes the mileage is bad, yes the shifting could be improved. But it’s pretty solid for how big these tires are compared to the truck.

Well, it looks bad ass.

took out the switch pros 8100 and started the 9100 install. got all the way to the end and found I didn't have the right add a fuse. gave up and said ill get to it later this week.

came to the garage later looking through the stuff switch pro includes for install wouldn't you know it the one I needed was in there. too late in the day. ill finish it up later. in the mean time the truck is laid up with all the batteries disconnected.

went to a brewery and got a beer.

Were you just upgrading from the 8100 to the 9100? What's the difference?

Could I see how your cabin mount area looks? Liner still in there or did you remove it?

This area. I've had mine done twice now. Chopped area might rub, but I think it's mostly the liner and fender.

my 8100 stopped working. there are a few differences. on the 9100 you can change the backlight color, its got an extra trigger wire (im going to make the light bar come on with the high beam), they also doubled the amount of high voltage switches.
