I’m surprised it’s closed from what I hear about FL in the news, lol.
Yeah honestly I think FL is using this virus stuff to like permanently close stuff... I honestly think most drive-able state parks will be off limits within the next decade.

Here’s a much requested shot of the inside of our camper in its barebones form. DIY build will include plenty of storage, a sink, dinette area, fridge, stove area, and heater. Videos to come.

Where’s the pooper

The bucket on the right side? Or is it the white/grey thing in the walkway on the left?

I have to admit I'm a bit jealous if even your bare bones interior. It's way more complete than my setup.

This is my dad. He’s got dementia to the point where he can’t do anything on his own and I haven’t heard him say anything that makes sense in about a year. I had some of his favorite songs and and he suddenly started singing some of the lyrics correctly. I didn’t get to film the better ones but I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

You guys are in my prayers. Mayr and I have had to go thru this with both of her parents. It is heart wrenching!

That's incredible. I see the varying effects of dementia at work all the time and it still amazes me when I see someone who is normally at an advanced stage, all of the sudden come around to recognizing family members and conversing almost normal. It's a beautiful site and simultaneously heartbreaking. Enjoy those moments. I'm happy you caught some on video.
