This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.
I kept it where it is. The radio isn’t useable though, but we use music streaming on our phones anyway.Tyler, what did you do with your shark fin? Did you just delete it or relocate it?
I would like to cover mine up, but still have it’s functionality.

What head unit do you use? Easy fix would be just add a new XM antenna and just leave the factory one there if you just need that space or want to go flush.I mostly listen to podcasts nowadays, but occasionally I’ll listen to SXM, so I would like to keep the antenna functional.
Thx.

$39 a set is pretty reasonable@RevN3 finally ordered some seat risers!!
1.25" Front Seat Spacers Compatible with Toyota Tacoma, 4Runner, FJ, and Lexus GX
Especially compared to the more popular option on Amazon which costs $100, lol.$39 a set is pretty reasonable
Yeah, I actually machined out my second set and even with a set for comparison it took FOREVER because of the weird angles. I don't recommend making your own.Especially compared to the more popular option on Amazon which costs $100, lol.
