I beleive they recommend incase of potential rubbing issues, best to stick with a correct rim width and backspace suggested by icon

I was running 17 x 9.5 with +22 Offset Black Rhino Arsenals on my Stage 3 icon set up. I had a 265/70/17 I did not have any issues at all but I recently switched to 16x8 RPT1 with 0 offset. Not sure either why Icon lists that but again, i did not have any issues.

Well that's a small tire? Anyways as long as the rims and tires clear your UCA then its good
8.5 with 4.75"backspacing is there recommendation

I know many trucks that run something outside of that recommendation. What size tire will you be running?
