Anybody running a icon setup with a 17x9 wheel wondering if there is any issues. Icon recommends 17x8.5 not sure why

I was running 17 x 9.5 with +22 Offset Black Rhino Arsenals on my Stage 3 icon set up. I had a 265/70/17 I did not have any issues at all but I recently switched to 16x8 RPT1 with 0 offset.
