Small improvements this week, but much needed. I installed a bed mat from Lasfit. Should stop things from sliding around as well as protect the truck bed. Also picked up a center console organizer. That was definitely needed. Got tired of digging thru all the crap I keep in my console.

Bought a Borla ProXS muffler to have it weld-in into stock pipe. Can't decide if I want to go with turndown or side exit. Thinking a turndown would hurt value?
Same day, Im also swapping out factory shocks for 5100's. Keeping stock 2023 Trail edition springs.
Already DIYd rear shocks and added RAS to leafs.

I am a Borla fan. They make great products.
In my opinion if off-road performance/clearance is your main goal a turn down is great. If daily driving and longevity is more important to you I would go with a side exit. A side exit will prevent hot moist exhaust gasses from blowing on your frame.
This is just my thoughts of some things to consider. Either way I am sure you will enjoy the new muffler.

Whatever you do, terminate the exhaust after the rear axle or the drone will drive you nuts.
I really like the Magnaflow Overland paired with the Borla Y-Pipe. With the Helmholtz in place, you get no drone at speed but you can hear it at startup and when accelerating.
How's the ride now with new springs?Replaced rear springs and hangars with Rago hangars and Archive HD springs, getting it ready to add a popup camper.

They were stock with Headstrong AALs 2" lift and they rode good but would not handle what I'm putting on it. The Archive's ride surprisingly good but I put about 3-400 pounds of steel plates in the rear of the bed + the steel rear bumper with a swingout and spare, so probably around 600 lb until I get the camper shell, it should be about the same. Tomorrow I'm going to fab a cross tube to tie the spring hangars together, I have already cut and drilled the end plates.
