Today I used my Tacoma (and my friends's 2nd Gen) as a Skidder.



We had a big snow storm a few weeks back that left a big chunk of a Doug Fir on my back forest. I plan on making it into a bench for people who walk up the hill in front of my house to sit on.

the retune of the amp with the DD1 was so simple, and now that there is no "tune restrictions" that the OEM head unit had, my Morels sound 500% better, clearer, louder than before, and the sub is being used at full potential. At the highest volume I can stand, my hair vibrates.

Figured out how to mount my handheld ham radio and warn winch controller in the taco this weekend!

So far it works well, hands clear the mount nicely when turning and using the indicator.

Received my Smittybuilt RTT. Haven't taken it out of the box yet. Also started putting velcro on the back of my National Park patches and mounting them on the header...now I've got ALL the patches I've collected over the years (and have handed down to me) and I'm wondering how far is too far.

EDIT: Sorry about the sideways-ness. Also, why was 1990 such a popular year for patches?
