• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

What have you done to, or with, your Tacoma today?

What did I do with my Tacoma today? Well, today I'm just watching the ash from the nearby forest fires build up on my truck while I watch them move closer and closer.

I'm in no danger at this time but I've been having friends evacuate and get ready to evacuate all day.

Dude, that sucks. These are certainly trying times. Hope all goes well.

Yikes! I've been keeping an eye on the fires out west and the ash fall has been tremendous and the blood red sunsets are truly on brand for 2020. Good luck and stay safe!

Little bit of ash on my truck over the weekend in Incline but clear skies over the last two days has been nice. Reno finally cooled down too! Really looking forward to fall weather that’s for sure.

How's the drought? Any forecasts for a that atmospheric river to turn back on at all? The whole west could really use some water, though after fires that usually means land/mud slides and potential for floods. Dang. At least its cleared up and cooled down now!

Tried to get the kids to help me clean out the truck. My daughter just wanted to play with a water bottle. My son picked all the change out of my cup holder and said finders keepers.

😂 my kids do the same thing. Or they flip all the switches and honk the horn. It’s a mess

With the switch pro already installed and wired finally got the @powertray so much cleaner!

this is true! Stated by switch pros

My bluesea 6 is a secondary power for under hood lights, power source 12v relays to my dual hella horns and only connected to the battery and not to the switch pro itself. Ground is connected to bluesea 6 to the ground bus, to the negative on the firewall. Switch pro is directly connected to the battery terminals +/-

Awesome, just spreading the info :) I almost bought a blue seas but decided I don't actually need one after checking with switch pros

Its not much but I got my laptop today and am starting the OV Tune process. At work I printed off all the manuals to do the installation instead of reading off my phone. Put the OV sticker on the Tac also. I can't wait to finish the tune. I am excited.
I flashed my ECU and sent the code out too OV. now I wait. Can't believe how simple the tune is.
