I've had two other good experiences with them in the past. Which is why I decided to give them a shot on a bigger purchase. They are blowing it an it should never come to me having to hound them about an order. That's unprofessional and unacceptable. Just answer the call or emails with legit and truthful answers (even if it means telling me the item is backordered) and we won't have a problem. But if you're going to avoid me with my money in your hand, yeah we've got an issue.

100% agree. Updates is all I want. I’ve got a busy enough life and the last thing I want to do is call to check up on an order I’ve been waiting on. If it goes over the expected date given then give a heads up.

Have you messaged their forum account regarding your personal issue?

No, not yet. I've emailed, called (multiple times today), sent messages on IG, and may hit them up here. Last I checked they loved in at 9:43am. So they were online today. I'll check again and may resort to hitting them up here.
 
I'll be putting their forum back up. They called me last night finally, and figured out my order today. They say they've been getting no response from Nitro recently and they finally heard that 5.29's are on backorder, hence the delay. So I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they just dropped the ball unintentionally.

If anyone has future issues with them around the site I would like to hear about it. Along with issues from any other vendor obviously.
