    Will a 2.5 inch lift with zero-offset wheels with 33’s cause rubbing without trimming?

    I have 33 BFGs (285 width) with zero offset rims (17 inch) on 3 inch rear and 1.5 front and I had to do a trim and some heating and reshaping.

    I have KO2 on my F150 and no pulling problems. I just re read MRJMOYA’s original post and I missed the part about a slight right lean on the steering wheel. You shouldn’t have that after an alignment. I am no auto technician, but isn’t the last step on an alignment “zeroing” the steering wheel?

    Right after I sh!t post about AlphaRex customer support, they called me. I just had flip flopped the high and low connections. I will just leave this post here as a monument to my stupidity. 🤣 Just in case anyone else in the future needs help, this is the way it should look.

    My first thought was the C-clip, but you said that you tried in without and it didn't work ether. I think the only other thing it could be is some sort of debris in the way. Have you fished around inside with a magnet to see you can remove some metal filings?

    I ripped off half my stock bumper on a boulder field. I knew it was going to happen one day. 😑 Now I just have to order a high clearance rear bumper, probably CBI, and wait 4-6 months for it to come in.

    Lots of people have 5100s and enjoy them, what ever lift you end up getting my only suggestion is do it right the first time. Buy once, cry once. Instead of putting in blocks or pucks, just spend the money and get new leafs and springs. You will be happier over the long run.

    I am not addicted to anything, I just wanted to drop my two cents. This is the bravest thread I have seen on the forum, addiction is a term that carries a lot of stigma and misunderstanding. Bravo to those of you that are able to speak about it in public.

    Yes, but I am hoping 3-4 hours of charging with 200W will be enough. I am still in the planning and testing phase. Another thought I had was two panels stacked, the top panel could slide away and uncover the other panel.

    I was looking at the same one but I am planning on two of them. I want to hinge them together and keep them folded facing one another until I set up camp and then I can unfold them. It’s going to require a little fab work.

    Installed a second battery to use with an inverter, charge devices and run a Bair Hugger to warm the tent. I am looking to mount solar panels some day to keep the battery charged.

    My truck would probably hit 87 if I dropped it out of a plane. But seriously, my limiter seems to kick in at 83-85 mph. Not sure if it is because I am regeared or what. I didn’t think that it would effect the top speed because the speed is measure at the wheel.

    Hey I have a 2020 TRD OR and the engine shuts off after 30 mins or so if just left idling. I am sure it is some “safety” feature. I tried to get the dealer to shut it off but no luck. Anyone get a different answer from their dealer? Any work around?

    Tire Pressure - Daily Driving

    Yes! I have the same size tires and had read on the side of the tire "Max cold pressure, 80psi". I had never run tires at that pressure, not even bicycle tires! I run them at 40-45psi on the highway.

    Yes, I also added the extra leaf. I have a Decked system, RTT and about 200 lbs of gear. I don’t feel that it is super stiff. It seems the leafs are just stiff enough to allow my shocks to do a better job dampening the bumps, they aren’t so overwhelmed now.

    I had a Leer installed on my F150 about a year ago and yeah, a led light and usb came standard. Weird that your dealer didn’t “hook you up”.

    Installed a We Boost today! I am excited to try it out and see if it helps. Even though I made a mistake and ordered an "RV" kit and not a "truck" kit I thought, "No problem, I will just run some wire back through the firewall from my SPOD and splice it into the power cord that was supplied...

    Welcome to the forum! I would just go out and rock the stock wheels for awhile. Those Wranglers are pretty good tires. That being said, I did “upgrade” to KM3s but I have a purpose built off road truck, not a daily driver.
