    Leitner Designs makes a great rack - we run one on our company truck. Fully tig welded aluminum and weighing only ~70 lbs made the choice an easy one. They are also the most versatile in terms of accessories in my opinion.

    I wouldn't be worried about Bolsa Chica. I have seen some pretty questionable things out there and there should be no issue with opening a RTT there. The worst that can happen is you get a warning.

    One thing to consider would be the wind drag from the RTT. I have never had a RTT with a camper shell, but I can imagine the RTT would be very exposed which would increase the wind drag while driving. Just something to consider.
