    Yeah, had some haze and went back over it. Cleared up greatly compared to when I started out. Going to be selling that car so I just wanted it to look good, not going to put a lot more effort into it. But out of curiosity, what would be a heavier compound than rubbing compound?

    How would you recommend bringing back a carbon fiber hood that has clouded up? I used a cheap orbital buffer and rubbing compound and it came out pretty good, but you can still kind of see some areas that need a little more work.

    I've got the K&N 77 series. It's been on the truck for 2 years and I've never had an issue with the oil and the MAF. Just don't over oil it.

    I finally got around to installing the leveling kit from Teraflex. Rides better. Looking forward to getting larger tires later. Had to chop the shock gussets and drill out the mount to 7/8ths..

    Gotchya. When I had my Scout I was running 33x10.5 on, if I remember correctly, a 15x8 wheel. Seemed like that was a good fit as I was about 50/25/25 highway/offroad/4wheeling. Thinking I'd like to run that size tire again, but not wheel like I did. And I'd like more sidewall for a softer ride...

    When you guys lifted your trucks and went with aftermarket wheels, how much did the wheel width factor into your decision? When I install the Falcon leveling kit think I want to stick with a 17" wheel, maybe an 18", but not real sure if the width matters much.

    I had the tsb done a while back but it shifts like shit again. My daily drive to work has an elevation change of 2500 ft, so there was really no "normal" driving condition for the learning curve. Thought about the OV Tune, but doesn"t that require a normal driving condition as well?

    Was going through some of my pics and found a few from a fishing trip in early Sept of 2017 that had a few of my truck in it. These were taken somewhere near Glenwood Springs, CO. It was an awesome 3 day trip that I hope to get to repeat this year.

    For the money I think I'd try the spacers first, unless you already have your eye on a set of new rims and just need a reason. Worst case is you're out a $100. What leveling kit did you install?

    Why did you choose the Tacoma?

    In 2015 I sold my Ram 2500 CTD since it lost it's purpose and got into a Mini Cooper for a year. Fun as hell but impractical for a guy that likes to fly fish and get into the mountains of Colorado, plus it sucked in snow. Traded it off for a brand new Outback. Nice, but I missed having a truck...
