'06 4X4 Base Regular Cab... 2.7L / 5MT, bench seat, crank windows, manual door locks, black bumpers & trim... it was awesome. Most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. Put 80k on it and sold it for more than I bought it for. Still miss it sometimes but it had to go when I found out I was going to have a kid. Bilstein / Eibach / Deaver suspension, LR UCAs, all-custom Avid Off Road bumpers, sliders, skids, bed rack, etc. eBay lights, MOLLE seat covers, custom gun rack, custom HU/NAV/gauge cluster/LEDs... it was a true budget build done right.

My first was a 2003 single cab Prerunner because it was all I could afford on a PFC with a family's pay. I grew up with them though. My grandpa had an 1980 something Toyota pickup which then he sold for a 1st gen Tacoma which then he sold for a 2nd gen which he still has. My other grandpa took us camping all the time in his Toyota Dolphin.

I had a 91 4Runner v6 4x4 back in high school. Great truck for Baja and going snowboarding. I sold it after about two years and then another 2 years later it threw a rod on the new owner. I think it was parted after that.

My 3rd gen is my first. To be completely honest, I never saw myself buying a Toyota.

I waited a long time to get back in a Toyota. I regretted the day I sold my 89 Toyota Deluxe. I love driving my 17 Taco!! I plan to keep it for a long time!!

My 2015 was my first. I had been wanting one since 2005. I loved that truck. But I wanted the long bed after using the DCSB for over a year and found a good deal on my ACLB 3rd Gen.

This was my '88 SR5. I bought it used for $8,500. The body style changed in '89 and I hated the look of the 89's. I wish I took more pictures of this truck. It evolved a lot over the years. It had a 5 speed manual and no AC. I traded this in on a '95.5 Tacoma. It developed a severe case of the bed cancer that this generation was popular for.

Well if you consider a 4runner a truck, then 1996 Hilux Surf. If not my 2018 is my first Toyota truck

my first was an 85 extra cab 5 speed, worked at Les Schwab my junior year in highschool and was able to buy it only to have to rebuild the transmission my senior year, still beat myself up for getting rid of it back in 08.

I had a T-100 4 banger with a stick as a work truck. Nice size, drove great ( no hunting for gears ) and actually pulled a 18' Wellcraft boat like nobody's business ( better than a V8 Silverado I ended up getting next)

Now this 2019 I have now...... can't wait till the lease is up! So glad I didn't decide to buy it.

My dad had an 87 single cab. It had a shell with egg crate foam pad in the bed. Mom and Dad were up front and the dog and I wound ride in the back on our way up to the White Mountains. I loved every minute of it but apparently your not supposed to do that these days?
