Have you done replacing spark plugs ..recommended after 60,000-90,000 miles .. Toyota make there own spark plugs ...because other brands fail too often....today Mr Toyota has his own spark plug factory! ..less than 3% failure ? Compare to other brands..
Always replace with Toyota OME..

just saw a YouTube video on replacing spark plugs for 3rd gen Tacoma’s.. I think Toyota made it more difficult today...lots of things to remove just to get to the spark plugs?

Replacing the plugs is super easy on our trucks, takes less than an hour to do all 6. I replaced mine a bit ago and the driver side is a bit tricky, but you dont have to remove much to get to them.
