Here's our XD pack. It has an extra leaf, 6 over 1 and rated 1,250 to 1,750 lbs added to rear axle weight. Weight adds up really quick!

I have a 2019 sport access cab, 6’ bed.
150 lbs for sliders
47 lbs for engine skid
45 lbs for trans skid
123 lbs for Diamondback tonneau cover
30 lbs for bed mat

Recently we upgraded our camper, it’s 3,900 lbs and a 575 lb tongue weight and use a weight distribution hitch that works good. I just have to watch how much gear I bring.
I’m thinking the best option to improve towing with this tongue weight is a full suspension upgrade.

Looking at your HD springs and then either add the Bilstein 6112 in the front and 5160 in the rear. Also looking at the OME 4004 coil with MT64901007 front and MT64601014 rear.
What’s your opinion on this proposed setup?

Note that ACs are a bit lighter on rear axle.
So our HD springs are intended for a minimum of 600lbs added to rear axle. Otherwise, the rear lift will exceed 3", such as in your case when you are not towing.

Of the weight you mentioned, your rear axle/leaf springs would see about:
75 lbs for sliders
25 lbs for trans skid
140 lbs for Diamondback tonneau cover
30 lbs for bed mat
About 370lbs on rear axle.
But I'd subtract about 150lbs for AC to use our ratings.

575lbs tongue load is ~750lbs on axle

Our Add-a-leaf for stock springs would deal with your situation well, or consider our MD springs.
But I highly recommend you also add the Hammer Hangers base kit since you're towing quite a bit, and the HH really help ride, control and composure, which gives you confidence while towing, instead of white knuckles

Thank you for the quick response and info. I need to take some time to figure out what components to go with.
I was afraid of the recommendation of the HH, I seen the install videos, lol.
I will be installing everything, and can do the HH, but it will be a pain in the ass.

How much lift do you think the MD springs would give when not towing ?

Our website has lift per weight info under
'Product fitment notes' down the page
But probably 2.5" normal load
