I don’t play video games anymore and I assume none of you do either, but I just stumbled upon this upcoming realistic 4x4 simulation game.

Original link: https://youtu.be/zFejVaLm4Rg

This game is playable on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch. It has "season" updates, so tons of new content is added every few months.

The only purpose of the game is to drive around in an open world, delivering building materials in cool trucks. But a lot of it involves deep mud and snow, knowing when to use low gear, diff lock, and your winch. The trucks burn through fuel realistically, so that's something to keep in mind too. You can configure trucks with a bunch of different bed/hitch platforms, cranes, tire types and sizes, engines, lifts, etc.

It's a slooow simulation game and I love it.

The best part is how many trucks there are thanks to mods. Players are able to create their own trucks and share them for free download here:

Here's some cool looking examples:

yea there hasnt been any good off-road games at all !1
i do like my truck sim so definite something i would pick up

Looks like it's a sequel to Mudrunner. That game was all Russian rigs. Nice to see this one will actually have something I could actually drive.

Toyota has been really weird about not licensing their vehicles to game makers over the last few years for some reason. I wouldn't hold my breath for a Taco

I know, but imagine a Taco in a game like this. One that you could heavily customize. I wouldn't leave my house...

Given most of us’ current stay home situation, you should all consider picking up this game when it launches at the end of this month. Since we all share a common interest [off-roading], this game is looking to be right up our alley.

Hey, this one is FREE right now. It's fairly technical. Also it's free.

Check this out, it's from this game. This game is still being updated regularly with new content. I don't play it much but it is probably the best game ever.

I have to bump this thread to remind everyone to not sleep on this game, even if you're not into video games at all. Hold on a sec while I find some cool photos from it...
