couple shots from Utah just outside of Zion
Curious how the Taco's faired against the jeeps? Some shots from this weekend's outing. It was an absolute blast.
Had a group of about 6-7 Toyotas & 3 Jeeps.
I posted up the video here in the Photos/Videos section if anyone is interested. Definitely my favorite video to film & edit so far.

I went through just about everything the Jeeps did (other than the holes they got stuck in lol) so pretty wellCurious how the Taco's faired against the jeeps?
Kick ass! What would you need to do in upgrades to be more capable?I went through just about everything the Jeeps did (other than the holes they got stuck in lol) so pretty well
However the Orange Jeep is clearly more built out & therefore more capable than my truck but I think I'd do just as well as the other two.
Almost all of the other Toyotas (except for the Lexus) mostly took the bypasses and avoided the holes. I pretty much just went through everything the GX did since he was ahead of me.
Well larger tires and more lift would be the more obvious ones. I'm on 275/70R17 (32s) with 2" lift. I believe the Jeep is on 37s or bigger. Also probably upgraded suspension in general.Kick ass! What would you need to do in upgrades to be more capable?
Yep, those are the obvious ones for sure. Yea, Jeeps are pretty damn capable when set up like his. Do you have a build thread?Well larger tires and more lift would be the more obvious ones. Not many Tacomas can really match a built Jeep like that though since it has a solid front axle and more articulation up front.
I did at some point but I was terrible at keeping up with it. May need to go through and update at some point hahaYep, those are the obvious ones for sure. Yea, Jeeps are pretty damn capable when set up like his. Do you have a build thread?

I can practically hear the moments after that shot.
