So for this roof rack attached from Victory 4x4, what lightbar would work best with this rack?

I would do the Aurora in that price range or the Baja Designs if you want the best. Up to 43.5" (mounting stud width) bar will fit with our mounts.

Heretic Studio has a good 40". I run their lights on my Tacoma.
