KC Gravity G4 500 (clear) fogs. There is a small scratch on driver side fog (see pic). It is not noticeable when on the truck and does not affect performance. The only reason I am selling is because I ordered 501 amber and was shipped 500 clear. I ran the clear for 3 months because the amber were on b/o, but now have the 501 amber on my truck and love them. The 500 clear are great, I just prefer amber.

As far as I know it is. Worked fine with my 21 OR. It comes with H11 plugs so I would imagine if you have the same, no problem.
