I have to admit I was not considering this option when shopping around. In fact I had been waiting on 6112/5100 but ETA is still TBD. Was able to get this full kit installed within a week of ordering.

Toytec lift Boss Aluma 2.0. SPC UCA and progressive 3AAL. 2.5" front, 1.5" rear. Still running 265/75/16 but I think I can size up when my current tires are done.
Also added
Wheelers super bumps front
Blue sumo springs rear
ARK splash guards

I have to say so far I am pretty impressed with this suspension. On road is really smooth and off road so far has done well.

Nice. How is it? Those are adjustable right?
I was waiting for the 6112/5160's. Canceled my order because I found them in stock for immediate shipping.

Thanks! Adjustable 1" to 3". Mine is set 2.5" but after 3k miles it has settled a little. Supposedly these are also rebuildable. I was a bit concerned about the 700lbs coil springs being too stiff without any added weight, but no problem at all.
The only comparisons I can make is with the stock OR Bilstein and my previous TRD Pro fox suspension.
My wife had an interesting observation noting that she always felt like she had to wear a sports bra when riding in the pro due to the stiff ride :) I know that is subjective, but wife approved is always a good thing.

So it ended up being a softer ride than the Fox's ?
Yes definitely. Not in a bad way IMO. Still soaks up the bumps but on road I noticed it is a lot smoother (less rigid than fox).

Hey Gelsi,
Your truck looks great! Are those pics with the 265/75/16's? I am going to be in your same situation next week...I was worried the 265's would look too small with the 2.5/1.5 lift but yours looks really good! Or were those pics after you switched to 285's?
Thanks

Those were 265. I ran 265 up until 6 months ago so if your concern is lifting the truck and 265's looking tiny, you will be fine. However, since then I have up sized to 285/70/17 although still on Duratracs.

If you are asking about the Aluma 2.0 shocks and SPC's.....they are good on pavement, but off pavement, they are a bit pricey for basically Bilstein 5100 performance. I sold those to a forum member and upsized to 2.5 kings from Accu Tune.

I also switched out the SPC UCA after the ball joints were completely shot and in need of replacement after only 18k miles. SPC did send me new ball joints at no charge and I sold the SPCs with the new ball joints.

I never learned the buy once cry once lesson. Hope you have better luck!
