Already ordered new wheels and tires since the tires are shot haha
Nice, can't wait to see what you went with instead. You should be able to flip the old wheels easily on CL.

Question for you. How does the winch mount like this? Would I be able to mount mine the same way with no bumper at all?

Yeah, you would. The winch mount replaces the aluminum crash bar so you'd be able to run it no problem. I have the same mount

Amazon you can buy them In bulk, make sure to buy the kit with the De pin tool and the crimping tool.
