Is my 2016 rear locker actuator install correct?

just like the title, checking that I have this correct and it doesn't go under the locking plate thing.

Bump... reinstalled everything and it seems my locker is engaged all the time but only barely moved the truck so I'm not sure if it will unlock by itsself or if this electronic piece in installed incorrectly
 
For anyone reading this. That actuator thing is installed incorrectly in the picture.....it goes on the other side of the locking ring..... all I'm trying to find now is if it's possible to get it set correctly without removing the whole differential again
 
Bump. Does anyone know if it's possible to get that in the correct location without removing the entire diff again?
