Bought the only 2 they had. Been looking for the white one, but found this one instead!

Again, another cool model that I didn’t know existed until seeing this thread. Nice!

Ive been building my own replica Hotwheel. I bought a few more to do a spray painted version now that I know how to drill them apart. Had to order the right color to make it accurate. It’s super fun. I am also building one for a friend of mine who has a white one. If anyone wants one like their truck, Lets discuss how to make that happen. Ive been using modeling clay for the parts that I cannot get 3D printed.
Nice job, so far. Do you think you could create my camper?

My eldest just gave me my first matchbox. It is a 2020 Voodoo like my truck. Looks goon on my desk, right next to the 1/8 scale 62 Impala. I had a 62 Biscayne years ago. Got totaled when a drunk hit it while parked.

I’ve been busy. I’ve done a few commissioned pieces for friends. I’m selling these for $175.00 each for the vehicle. Add $50 for a diorama. Taking orders for customs to match your rigs at $200.00 each. It takes me $75 in parts and 10-12 hours to make each one. Each truck is drilled and disassembled to be painted with Toyota touch up paint with airbrush. Hand painted details and decals for head and tail lights. 2 coats of clear. Custom wheels painted to match yours. Shells or racks to match. Spare tires, tire trash bags, traction boards, rock sliders, all accessories available. Just made some alucab tent shells for those interested in those.

The apocalypse survival rig is not for sale

Send me pics of your rig and we can discuss

Sad to hear about the loss of that classic

Paige brought home these two sweet rigs today. The Jeep is particularly exciting; I didn’t know it was a thing. I wonder what else the 80s line has.

I am waiting for us to get these. It’s in a different case # than the 2023 ones we got already.

Orrr find me some of your new 2023 models and I’ll send ya a little care package of hotwheels I’ve gathered.

Anyone have a spare? We could work something out in a trade. Whatever custom pieces you might need.

I want to do some tinkering. Anyone have calipers and willing to give measurements? In millimeters please.

I could get this for you tomorrow. I don't have a HW in the truck, but I can bring one to work.

I also have a few spare red ones.

I don't know how you guys are finding these. I've been searching for months.

Here’s my collection. Looks like I have 4 red tacos up for grabs if someone needs one. The blue one is staying with me.

@Tyler

Awwwwww yisss! I got hyper fixated on this and ran with it.
I guesstimated measurements so it's not gonna be proportional. With actual measurements I could probably get it the correct ratio. I pulled as much as I could from the site, but it didn't give all the dimensions needed. So I threw the wheel together, then realized I don't think it would get all the details at that size. Not a perfect model of the wheels, but I think it turned out pretty good with my limited skills. I didn't mess with the barrel too much so there's more of an edge than I like compared to the real version. The counts are off. I ended up throwing 4 wheels together to make them. Just would have taken forever to tinker with it. I'm pretty sure the Rotopax and the wheels are the correct scale ratio. Camper, windows, door and tank I eyeballed. Dug around for pictures of your truck and it was quite a task finding the views I needed. Lol. But if you ever get a Tacoma model larger than a Hot Wheel, I got you! Once I get measurements and stuff, I could spit out whatever you need. Just have to get around to acquiring a Hot Wheel Tacoma and see how the bed layout is and it'll be done.

I don't know if they'll be 1/64 scale, but they will fit the Hot Wheels. When I get a hold of one and get them dialed in, I'll print them and they'll be available. I'll probably forget, but will post here. When it's up, just shoot me a message. Thinking about making other small things as I find interest in it.
Just gotta get my hands on one for sizing and one will find it's way to you. I'd have to see what colors I have. You'll probably have to paint some things.
Might try with the measurements I received, but I've had the worst luck with tolerances being off.
