Has anyone seen anything that can replace the stock plastic piece under the radio with something that has cutouts for switches?

Toyota makes them. My 2019 offroad came with 6 slots
not sure which one it is but here's 3 different part numbers for the lower instrument panel:

looks like it's the whole panel and not just the bezel you're looking for though.
I think Meso customs makes one as well
