For off road/aux lighting exterior to the truck, I have a 30" ijdmtoy single row light bar, with 6" amber covers on each side, my stock Rigid Ind. led fogs, and hood/ditch ExtremeLED Stackerz light pods (same design as the KC Hilites Flex pods), mounted on Cali Raised low profile hood ditch brackets, and Morimoto 6k HIDs for my low beams. Please see photos, which include a shot of where I mounted the switches for the pods and bar. I forget the brand but I used a 3D printed bracket that sits where the little cubby was, to the left of the steering wheel.
I was originally wanting the KC Flex pods, but then I discovered the Stackerz and did some research. There wasn't much to go off of on YouTube, and admittedly ExtremeLED's own video about it is quite disappointing, but I found a couple Tacoma World threads that more than made up for all that. Because of the design being comparable to the Flex pods, the threads covered both pod light usage and if the pods were strung together like a light bar. Anyway, I'm very happy with them. The light output is excellent and suits my needs very well.
The bar from ijdmtoy has been excellent. A lot of people swear by the name brand stuff, which is just fine of course, but I've seen a lot of people bash this bar for what I think is no good reason. The important thing for light bars is that they have CREE lighting, and this one does. For the record, I do wish that the brackets came up perhaps a quarter of an inch higher, but it's not the biggest complaint in the world. I can swap the brackets out for a different brand if I wish. As it is, the bottom edge of the bar sits along the bottom edge of the space for the bar which is fine. More importantly though, light output has been great, it throws light nice and far which I like and has been great when I need it.
I picked up Morimoto 6k HIDs for my low beams and they've also been great. Light output is incredible, and a massive improvement over the stock headlamp lighting. Definitely recommend going with HIDs if you haven't already.
Lastly, I installed raptor style grille amber markers. Purely a cosmetic option of course, but they look great. Ran them to the fuse box in the cab and they come on whenever the aux power off the battery comes on/in use. I.e. turn the key in the ignition and they're on
