Well we’ve been stuck waiting for some parts off the mill, and it’s holding up our release dates for these, but here in the next few weeks all of these will be live on the site.
Pictures are of the demo models and there are certain styling and structural cues that will be changed in production runs. Both rears will be optioned with and without a receiver mount and lower tube. You’ll see some dimple plates we were playing with as well, so sliders will now have a top plate option as well!
Anyway. Here’s some pics of what’s coming around!

Warthog front bumper.
Meant to be the essentials for tackling the trails. Great clearance, low weight, winch mount, and traditional crawler styling.

Our warthog rear bumper.
Designed for the non cut rears who want the most clearance, solid recovery points, and don’t want the over bulky options most rear bumpers offer.

Fantom HC rear.
The Fantom rear is for the folks willing to cut. Better departure angle, protected corners, traditional crawler styling, and less ‘kitchen sink’ for the folks who don’t need to haul their house around with them.

I really like both of those bumpers, especially if the rear had a little extra hoop that came up the side to protect some bed and taillight from trees on tight trails

Any more photos of the rear bumper, no cut? Would like to see how the entire back side looks.
I will look and see if there are any on the computer.

We played with that idea on the HC Fantom, however the options are to mount it relatively far away, or run the risk of any large impact pushing it into the bedside.
Granted, in our tests, we were not able to cause the tube to hit the bedside (the lower tube is braced to the frame) it is a possibility as the taller the bar the more leverage against the brace. we are still testing options for it though, we like it too. Just want it to hold upto the type of abuse we like to deliver. (y)

So you can see we nodes all the tubes and added a little kick down angle on the front bumper tube to match the wing tube. The nodes add a bit more strength and rigidity as well as giving a bit more streamline appearance to the overall package.

Our first little video. We are working on making install tips and guides for our stuff. What do you think? Anything you would add? or want to see? Sliders are our next video. See if we cant convince Ash to do it, so yall don't have to look at my mug :ROFLMAO:

I love the design and the video was good. For a second in the beginning I thought I was drunk but I think the camera was trying to focus on too many different things at different depths lol

I come from jeeps and obviously they are known for stinger bumpers. Is there a way to add that to yours? Not something extremely crazy just a moderate sized one.

Yeah I think the image stability was being funky in the first video, its also sped up a little as I talk slow.
Yeah we can add whatever to it. We do have a low grill hoop, going to be tossing a mid grill hoop on this truck soon, but if you want something special just let us know what youre thinking and we can sort something out.

silly jeeps and their stingers. This was last jeep I had a stinger on, quite a long time ago. Did stand it up on the nose once, and used it to push off that rock about 10 seconds after this pic was taken.

That was my first ever bumper build haha.
Yeah man as we play around with stuff in the shop I can bend up one with some scrap and send a pic your way

I’ll be waiting. You have the design I want, simple yet effective tube bumper. With the “stinger” on the front it would be perfect. I’d definitely be picking one up if you’ll make it like that!

By far my favorite designs, how much would you say the front and rear (HC) weigh?
Thank you. The front ships at 90lbs.
The rear is just shy of 65lbs, non swing out. I don't have a complete swing out weight as of yet, but anticipating a 90-100lb total.
I Will have a new "complete" photo for non swing out tomorrow. Will have the dimple die rear plates, accessories receiver, and new side tube style that fits a bit more forward and clean.

Dang man 65lbs for the rear is incredible! I think you officially have the lightest high clearance bumper out there with the MOST clearance and probably the most affordable too. I’d say that there’s nothing out there like what you guys are offering and too many companies forget what high clearance really means.

Definitely an awesome job, I’ll be going with warfab armor for sure.

Thank you. Definitely appreciate the props. Official weight non swing out is 66lbs. Complete.
The complete swing out arm is 35lbs. So with the brackets and latch we are set for 100lbs.
Obviously there will be some deviance based off if guys want hi lift mounts and all that stuff. But basic idea.

Curious to see how the swing out version would look like, and random question but how did you mount your license plate? Lol.

So on non swing out, license plate is mounted in a hitch plate holder with lights. So on trail, easy to pull the plate and not lose any clearance or be in the way.
On swing out options it is mounted on swing arm.
Here's the swing out arm.

That’s pretty awesome, man. Im in the process of moving soon so unfortunately that’s where my money will be going for the time being or the wife is moving out without me and I’ll be living in the taco lol. But I’ll be I’llkeeping an eye on this thread. Im curious to see how the swing out would look once mounted. I hate more things hanging off the rear, but I also hate using my bed to carry my spare haha.

My options are
1) HC with swing out, call it a day.
2) just HC and build a little diy “decked” like system so I can mount the tire flat with a board above the tire to create a flat surface. Then just make a small drawer out of the remaining space in the bed.

I think option 2 is the DIYer in me finding more shit to do lol, either way I’m very excited for the rear bumper!
