I assume your asking with no rubbing... 265/75 r16.
On other forums I have read guys claiming 255/85 r16 with no rubbing on stock. They are still a bit taller than the 285/75r16, just a narrower tire. I have a buddy who uses these and likes them but he does have a small lift.

Overall biggest diameter will be 255 85r16.

No rubbing issues, I do have a Cab Mount Chop (CMC), but with proper alignment deviations and no CMC it was minimal... Prior to CMC only at full lock with extreme articulation on trail.
