Well @Tymeson sorry you left without everything working. Let me know when you get a new sub. Glad we got that interior cleaned up though. Your first gen is in such good shape on the inside!

Oh ok cool, thanks man. I have a low profile Kenwood sub at home but I can't remember if it's 10" or 12". I'll check when I get home.

Idk if I have an amp for that. I'll post what I have. Picked up a comp r kicker but it doesn't fit in my current ported box. Might return and get the kicker c10

Voicecoil is toast due to distortion most likely.

Get a bigger amp! hehe. You can double RMS of a sub all day as long as the power is clean. GO BIG!

I got another comp C. The comp R is what I wanted but was longer by 1.3 cm. Installed in best buy parking lot and its working again!! Also added a 2 yr warranty in case it blows again. It happened In 6 months of having it.

Also This is the amp I'm running @Aw9d

Nice!! Now you have new RCAs, speaker wire and sub. You should be solid hopefully for a while. You should return the old one. Lol.
