I am planning to install an Icon Stage 3 lift soon in order to fit 285/75/r17s on my DCLB. I am looking to keep the poke minimal, around 1" or less is the ideal. My question has two parts:

1. With that poke in mind, what offset/backspacing would I be looking for?
2. Does anyone have a wheel recommendation that they particularly like that would fit this criteria?

Thanks

I don't have a picture of fitment exactly I'll dig through my build or photos see if I can find something, but any of the methods at the 0 offset and like 4 backspacing i think it is a perfectly flush fitment, tirerack has a good pricing on it.

These were all the ones I could find, not great with displaying the fitment but what I have. But you can see the methods sit like perfectly flush with the finder lines (I am running a 16 btw)

I have that exact tire size in a BFG KM3, the 285/75 size is fairly new to the km3’s and jumped on them when they were added vs getting their 295/70. Wheels are Stealth Custom Series Ray 10’s in 17x8.5. Offset is -10mm 4.3” backspacing and they fit way better than my last rims and have a great scrub radius for our trucks. I believe Icon wheels use very similar backspacing and offset. I would get close to these specs in a wheel as a good starting place. https://www.stealthcustomseries.com/collections/toyota/products/ray10?variant=5616141729821

I don’t have any pics of just the flare and the tire, I am out of town working and assisting in the spread of COVID-19. When I get home I can take some pics. But I can say they are pretty close to flush with the flare and don’t stick out much at all.

I have the icon stage 3 with 285/70/17, method 701 0 offset. They sit almost flush maybe 1/2” of poke. Icon suggests a 0 offset with 4.75” backspace For there lift.

I’m interested on how the 285/75/17 fit? I’d love to go up to this size. I had to CMC to fit the tires I have.
