    Did you use the genuine Toyota recommended LF 75W special oil for transfer case? It's about $80 for one quart.

    I got the tune from Mr. Nobody. All I can say is WOW! Shifting is like a real auto transmission. No gear hunting. Throttle response is great! I can't say if there is an improvement on fuel mileage because I can't keep my foot off the throttle. :ROFLMAO:. Thanks again.

    Emergency Brake Seized

    I've had that happen a few times. Not cold weather related for me. It let go after a couple moves back and forth. I checked brakes later and didn't see anything. Rinsed the dust out just in case.

    Help! 4WD Won't Engage

    I have had the same issues. To get it to engage/disengage is a different procedure each time. Stopping completely. Parking brake. Slow roll back and forth. It drives me crazy.

    Why did you decide to buy a Tacoma?

    I have an 1989 Toyota Pickup since I bought it brand new in '89. Reliable so in 2017 I wanted a new truck, old man knees needed an automatic, :cool: and nothing else was on my list but a Tacoma. Plus we have two other Toyota vehicles we love.

    The lift is Old Man Emu Nitrocharger Sport. It gave me about 2 inches. The springs are stiffer but not bad. It is a truck afterall.

    I've been around since July 2018. I went on a Cleghorn run with the Tacoma 3G group back then. Mods are OME suspension upgrade, small lift, after blowing out two stock rear Bilstein shock. Thankfully they were warranty items. Duro bump stops in front. Cooper Discoverer ST Maxx in stock size...

    What suspension are you running/thinking about running? How do you like it/why?

    I'm running the OME Nitrocharger Sport. Medium load. I feel it is a step up from stock TRD off-road Bilstein of which two rear were replaced under warranty. Rides a little firmer but not too bad. Also running Duro bumps in front.

    I'm doing good. Thank God I was able to retire from law enforcement last year. This year is nuts with everything going on. My kids are lucky enough to work from home right now. HAHA, kids. They are 25 and 30 years old. Stay strong everyone. Peace.
