    If I remember correctly, Costco uses nitrogen to fill their tires. My thing is this....if you dont evacuate all of the air that is already in the tire when you seat the bead, then you are never going to get pure nitrogen in the tire anyway.

    I need to know if the Alpine unit stops you from changing playlists and such while driving. My Camry wont let me change playlists when the car is moving. Its the most aggravating thing when you are on a road trip. I dont want to have this problem when I am in my truck too.

    Why not just run a 2x6 and run a couple of L shaped aluminum pieces to the bed rails and bolt them to the bed rails to keep it in place?

    Are you talking about a ratcheting cargo holder that uses outward force to stay in place? Like one that pushes outward against the inside of the bed when you ratchet it? I think using something like that in any truck bed is a bad idea, but I am not an engineer by any means.

    Ive considered getting these however, I run a bed rack most of the time, so Im guessing that since the bed rack bolts to both sides, and any weight on the bed rack doesnt spread the bed sides, I dont need the stiffeners. The rack holds the bed sides in place.

    So I keep my batteries isolated most of the time and only link them when I have to. I have the redarc Bc/Dc charger. That setup works the best for me. The Blue Sea isolator is nice because you can link/isolate from inside the cab. Keith

    Im not familiar how these engines exactly work however, its hard for me to understand how a misfire made a valve come in contact with the piston unless it broke something in the valve train. In that case, that had to have been a hell of a misfire. Glad they took care of you though.

    I get that,but if engine knock is being detected through OVtune, and thats connected to the OBD2 port which is running through the ECU, wouldnt the ECU be retarding the timing if it detected knock whether it was false or not? Maybe I am overthinking this?
