This has been something I've wanted to implement for years but I could never figure out a "safe" way to do it.

I think I finally figured out a mostly foolproof way to do it.

How to link to your build thread in your posts:
  1. Go to your build thread and look at the URL
  2. Identify the numerical ID at the end of the URL
  3. Go to https://tacoma3g.com/account/account-details
  4. Scroll down to "Build Thread" -- it is under "Transmission" and above "About you"
  5. In the box, enter the numerical ID from the URL of your build thread
    1. For example: If https://tacoma3g.com/threads/tylers-tacoma-build.12345/ is your build thread URL, simply paste the 12345 part into the box
    2. Note: This number will never change, even if you change the title of your build thread
  6. Hit the save button and you're done

If anyone is confused let me know and I can add it for you.

You might’ve noticed that the links are (hopefully) displaying on mobile view now, too.
