Bought this window crank handle for my Tacoma to replace the old broken one. I removed the gearbox attached to the window register and attached the plastic window cranks and they fit right in. These work perfectly, essentially as good or better than OEM. Cosmetics are 100%, very robust and durable, and direct replacement where they say they are. Only took a few minutes and made a big difference in the overall appearance of the interior.
