Will the ECT on a Tacoma work in 4 wheel drive?

Yes, it performs about the same as it does on road in 2wd!

Yes, in 4WD ECT will still change the way the truck drives. It performs the same throttle and shift changes as it does in 2wd, but they may feel slightly different do to all 4 wheels being engaged.
