What do T3G members look like?

It helps your mental health? That seems nuts to me, but cool anyway. I'm definitely digging the look. I always know military dudes grow their hair out as soon as they retire.

This is probably 4 years ago? I used to style it pompadour-like, but it was awful to camp with hair like that... Oh man, this is before my right sleeve as well.

It does. I’m weird I guess. I just really, really like having long hair. I always did so when I was doing military cuts for 6 years I never stopped missing it. Now I literally have dreams that I have to get it all cut off because I’m back in the military.

Being able to be myself and have the hair and piercings and other weird shit that I’ve always liked makes me feel good.

"Being able to be myself" - Alright, this part clicked instantly for me. Totally get it.

I'd like to know where you picked up the fire pit and reflector, those are pretty sweet.
I make them! Theyre aluminum with stainless hinges. I have a new prototype coming out in a few weeks here just in time for the MOORE Expo. Thats when they'll go on sale! (special event pricing for that weekend).

The wife and I have been looking for something like this and the wind blocker you make looks amazing.

I actually work with MC Ranch Overland now and sell their fire reflector (shown below)! It truly is a game changer for campfires

Been a few years since I was last active on this forum, and my truck has changed quite a bit since then, here's an updated pic or three or...more lol

Welcome back. I always wondered where you went.

That's what I was thinking. Do you have any interesting experiences with that or is it mostly safe?
And did your workplace make a big deal of the recent viral video of the armored car driver evading criminals?

Only two experiences I have is a homeless gal B-lineing toward me with jumper cable and another homeless guy pulling a knife on me, both while I was servicing ATMs.

We talked about that incident in a meeting. Since our operations are US based and that situation was in South Africa, we had to find laws to justify our actions if something like that were to happen. All of us came to the conclusion that we would be justified doing exactly what the guys in the video had done. Excellent evasion and action by the driver. You can tell his partner was brand new.

Yeah, his partner was hard to judge. He was clearly brand new and kind of froze up from the shock/fear. But at the same time, he was basically unable to do his job and sort of put the driver in more danger just by not performing well.

The driver was a badass. I've always wondered if that type of evasion would be authorized in the US or if you should hunker down inside the truck and wait police or something.

I know my aesthetic is probably uncommon and eccentric in this hobby, but I got some hair color today and I’m stoked.

Long hair, don’t care.

I used to have long hair. Growing a healthy bald spot now so I think I'll just let my kids buzz my head before head out for the season to guide lol. I'm sure they'll get a kick out of it
