What do T3G members look like?

"Gullfoss" is a waterfall located in the canyon of the Hvítá river in southwest Iceland. You cannot see the entire waterfall in the picture, but trust me: It makes Niagara Falls look small in comparison. Iceland is a great place to for Overlanding travel as the Highlands area inland are amazing, and only 4wd accessible.

Not into hunting but 1000% intend to spend time in Alaska when I'm living on the road (which will be whenever covid decides to go away).
 
Zero G but not true space. You still feel gravity. Its underwater but perfectly weightless. Simple tasks are hard. Plus the suit is positive pressure so your hands are squeezing a tennis ball for every task.

No different than living on a submarine with a bunch of weirdo submariners and locking in and out for weeks days on end..Being on the outside is better than being on the inside on those smelly things.

I could never do that. I don't know how the guys were able to. Those and AEVs. AEVs kill people.

I miss it every day. It was the suck but being there with your closest buddies doing it was worth it.

For me, I enjoyed being in the field, 4 days no shower, not able to poop because of MREs, 110 degrees out, standing around waiting for nothing and then finally getting told to move somewhere else to start waiting again, playing card games, throwing rocks... I actually enjoyed the suck.
 
yeah I remember a time being underwater for a long time and some of the new guys said never seen the movie Boondock Saints. Pulled it up on my computer had a crowd of about 20 of standing around watching the movie laughing our asses off. Or out in the desert training 120+ front of a swamp cooler in a quonset hut trying to sleep getting up load weapons, ammo run out shoot come back chow sleep repeat. Good times
 
First one is from my last trip, went down to Seneca Rocks, WV and Shenandoah, VA. It rained every afternoon for about 2 hours, and hard lesson learned that the tent wasn't as waterproof as I would've liked it to be. I did find it funny that even the dog was miserable.

Oh yeah, but those pics are from July, this is current. No man-buns for me, though. I just do the Geralt Style

Hair went from "I hate getting haircuts, so I'll skip them for a bit" -> "Well, COVID shut down all barber shops, and I'm not cutting my own hair" -> "Okay, this is starting to look pretty good"

I grew up as a huge fan of long hair. Joined the military at 21 so I had to finally cut it off. I got out of the military 1.5 years ago so now I’m working to get it back at 29. I can’t see myself ever having short hair. I’m actually pretty passionate about it and seeing it get long again helps my mental health.

Also, Geralt style is one of my favorites too. It’s probably my most worn.
