What Are The Threaded Holes Under Sliding Window

Anyone know what the two threaded holes are for under the sliding window? Know the thread size?

It's for the factory cover. There is a puck that screws in there to align the cover when putting it on

I cannot place the exact reference location, but for some reason I want to say that I saw some sort of a bike rack that was bolted to those somewhere. I will look and see if I can find it.

It would be a perfect place for a CB antenna bracket, regardless of what they were meant for.
