Suspension Variable load rear suspension recommendations

I’ve already gotten a Velocirax 6x bike rack for shuttling MTB rides with friends. I have an alibaba topper on order to support an older CVT hardshell rtt my buddy gifted me as well as an awning. The rtt, awning, and hitch rack will likely come off in winter when not in use. I’m in the process of debating what rear suspension modifications to make to support the accessories’ weight and would appreciate anyone’s insights. Accessories without myself, partner, dog and gear are probably around 500lbs. Loaded out, we’ll sit somewhere around 900. Full load out will be pretty rare except a few yearly trips to go biking in different areas. Winter time (~6 months or so), I’ll likely have just the 200lb topper most of the time.
I’ve gotten quotes for full dobinson suspension upgrades, just leafs, leafs and shocks, leafs and airbags, and just airbags. I’m leaning towards dobinsons medium leaf pack at the moment. I’d like to stay around or under $2k. I’d prefer more of a set and forget option.
I have a roadtrip up to BC soon and would like any input or recommendations. Looking for more of a budget option. I’d potentially do more of a full suspension upgrade down the road, but really want to maintain drive quality and my CPO warranty.

IMO, choose the springs based on the standard weight of the vehicle and not the sometimes weight or the ride quality will be awful all of the times. If it varies by 500lbs then adding airbags is the right call. Then if you get tunable shocks, have them valved for the weight and driving characteristics you want.
