Does anyone know if the c4 fab hybrid Low Profile front bumper allows the Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) to work still, or is the bar on the bumper in the way?

I believe the only one that doesnt work is the low profile bull bar option.
The other ones will work fine.

Pretty sure that's correct. Only the lower style bar is in the way of the sensor.
