TRD Sport door lock issue

Just noticed that the driver door lock is not locking when I hit the fob. All other doors lock. I can manually lock it and it will unlock with the fob.
Don’t know much about this system. Any ideas or advice is much appreciated.
maybe a good cleaning of a sensor/mechanism?
I did notice that the beep comes after the locks click. Used to be simultaneous...

That sounds like a programing issue from the dealer, I would call and see if they wont charge, Something like that is probably under warranty
