Toyota P/U 7 Foot beds?

possibly a ghost :(
I still see a few Toyota P/U 4x4 with the 7 foot beds. There is one I would see occasionally, a blue Yoyota P/U 4x4 lifted, with a camper top.
Looks cool to me. A rare find today.
