At TOTAL CHAOS we want to make it easy to maintain your suspension components! Our Upper Control Arms (UCA) are designed to be easily greaseable without removal from the vehicle or an alignment afterward. With just a few tools and a couple minutes of your time, you can be greased up and ready adventure!


NOTE: Do NOT pump grease into a UCA without loosening thru-bolt. Doing so will most likely cause the bushing to deform and require replacement. Please watch the videos below on HOW TO properly maintain your TOTAL CHAOS UCA bushings and uniballs

Great question!

The application will greatly determine how often customers grease their bushings. Most customers grease their arms every oil change although we have some customers that go closer to 10-15k and even 20k miles. However, If you are driving 90% dirt and pushing the truck really hard, your interval might be closer to 1500-2k miles (not very common to re-grease this often). Uniballs can be lubricated on the same schedule.
