This one doesn't have a name yet either

The blue truck has been great, but it has 80k on it with multiple cross country trips, so it's time someone else enjoys it. So it's now owned by one of our sales guys (Corey if you have seen him in any of our videos) and he's stoked. So the new build starts now.

Why not go all-in? Pro time, let's go!

So why a Pro over an TRD Off-Road Premium? Uh, Pro in the headlights... duh. No seriously, in my area, the pricing of the Off-Road Premium is a few thousand less than the Pro. I can make up some of that by selling off the wheels and tires and suspension to someone that would like to upgrade. The rest is hood scoop, taillight, door badge tax I guess

First mod! (how does a $45k truck not have hood struts? (n))

Second "mod" cheapie Amazon inserts and center console tray (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NRWR1JB/?tag=tacoma3g-20)
Huge install I know

Nice! Loving how the Pro looks in white, haven't seen too many in that color for sure.

Lookin good so far, thanks for linking to the console tray. Reminded me I needed to order mine :D

Tonight's work. Test fitting our Blitz Aluminum slim front bumper prototype. We've had these in steel for a while, but the aluminum saves 20lbs or so. I love the look, so I probably won't cut it up for our full bumper for quite a while. A few little changes for production and it should be good to go (y)

Just two cuts on the bumper fascia. Technically if you wanted to go back to stock, you could "drift stitch" zip tie the center portion back in and the black front bumper cover would cover everything.

Bend or cut on this line and a Warn VR EVO fits with the selenoid box still installed.

WARN VR EVO 8S and Baja Designs S8 20" Driving/Combo bar installed and ready to bolt in the truck. Also installed an Anderson Connector on the power cables because we swap bumpers to test often.

Done, with a Factor 55 Flatlink E cherry on top ❤️

Yeah, me too. I don't see a ton of white Pros. I think it looks great with our black powdercoat accessories, plus lots of freedom for graphics on white. I do love the green though, and black is always awesome.

Nice! Looking forward to watching the build progress! I’ve got a black Pro. I haven’t seen too many in black in it area.

Not at this time, the holes also help as a way to watch the winch line spool though.

I’m surprised you parted with the blue one, but I get it.

I think I’m more surprised you went with another 3G and not a Gladiator / RAM / Bronco etc. Respect!

Looking forward to watching this build because your blue one is one of my favorites out there.

Our sister company JcrOffroad has a Gladiator that I take out sometimes, it's nice but I like the Taco better for what I do personally. I could totally see myself in a Ram, maybe next time (y)

Agreed about the RAM. I’ll never sell the Taco but if the day ever comes that I want to be an adult and have a normal truck, I’d get a RAM. As long as they don’t start getting ugly. The Chevy trucks are SO ugly now. Ford too.

Bestop Truck Softtop installed so we can do some prototyping on some compatible products ;)

Staring to layout electrical stuff and get wiring figured out.

nice, I like the look of front bumper as well, does it have the option for a bull bar on it as well ?
