I have a 2020 trd off-road I purchased an aftermarket trd pro grill I watched videos on the installation the front sensor has to be relocated now I’m hearing it will have to be recalculated is this true

I have not done this myself, but from what I have read, it seems kind of hit and miss. Some have gotten errors and have needed to take it to the dealership to have it recalibrated while others have just kept driving without any errors. I would probably plan on getting it recalibrated to play it safe. Hopefully some others who have actually done this can chime in.
