I was checking out a buddy's new f350 overland rig and noticed something about the rear shocks.
The top mount is a bolt supported on one side. I thought this was a no-go for most trucks,?

My 3rd Gen 4Runner is single sided in the rear, bottom.

I think first gen yotas had a stub out from the side of the ubolt bottom plate.

Back in the day I welded some ford truck shock mounts for the front of my 85.
Cheap and easy..

Has anyone used these to put longer shocks on the rear of a taco?
