I'm getting a code stating Bank 2 running lean. The injectors might be clogged? Can they be cleaned with repeated use of injector cleaner or is it too late? Is the only solution to replace injectors?
This can also be caused by a vacuum leak. You might want to start by checking to make sure all of your hoses are in good shape and that nothing has come loose. It might even be an intake manifold gasket leak. If the hoses look good you might want to try a smoke test to look for leaks.
If it is a fuel injector you probably can get it clean. The add to your gas tank type of cleaner doesn't work very well. They are a good preventative measure but rarely work on one that is already clogged. That being said even though it probably will not work it is easy to try just in case it might work. More than likely you will need to either have the fuel injector professionally cleaned or you could try removing the fuel injector and doing it yourself. Some have had good luck with the DIY cleaning route. I have not done this on a Tacoma but maybe others have and can chime in. This video shows how you could try a DIY cleaning method.
