Rotating sound.

My '19 tacoma has a rotaling, oscillating sound. The sound seems just forward of front seats. You can hear it clearly from 20-34 mph, road noise makes it tuff to hear at higher speeds. The speed of the rotating sound doesn't change with braking or shifting into neutral going down the road. Little help?

I have this on my 2017, between 40 and 50mph. Noticeable in steering wheel as well. If I go to 4WD it stops.

If it stops when you go to 4WD it is most likely the needle bearing. It is common to have needle bearing issues especially if you have any kind of lift.
