recommended differential oil with nittro gears 4:88 and air locker

Is there any recommended differential oil with 4:88 gears and air lockers?

I used synthetic at the spec weight.

Something you should know: I filled mine until it started coming out of the drain hole. It's a lot more than spec. But when it got hot a bunch leaked out the front axle seal. So perhaps the spec was right.

Amsoil is good stuff. People run lucas 85w140 as well. That's actually what I'm about to throw in. ECGS actually has a pdf about gear oil they recommend if that interests you.

I'm generally not a grammar nazi, but that PDF is pretty bad. I know writing and engineering are different skills, but dang.

Good info, but yes, the sentence fragments and run-ons were a little much, in my opinion they should really work on having better grammar because of science. But since schools are shut down.

I use Valvoline full synthetic 75/90 and love it. Hope this helps.. got it at autozone if that helps. Good luck
