I’ve been working on this problem for about a month now and I’ve narrowed it down to there being a vacuum in the fuel tank from improper ventilation. When I take my gas cap off it drives fine for hundreds of miles, but with gas cap on it will lose all power every 20-70 miles. I replaced my fuel pumps because they went out, likely from being starved and now I just drive with my cap off. I was thinking charcoal canister but there are 0 codes saying anything is out of sorts. Not even a code for the gas cap.

Because if you take the cap off 99.9999% of the time you will get a code.
All what you're saying you have more than just a vent issue. Even more so with no codes.
Somethings been worked on or blocked off.
These trucks cannot even run a aftermarket locking gas cap without the code light coming on due to the way the vent system is closed.
